Sometimes unforeseen events or changes in your vacation plans may occour. which is why may cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival. In this case you will get a full refund, except an administration fee of DKK 200, - per room. If a cancellation happens less than 7 days prior to arrival, no refund is given.
If you've booked your stay at our own website – confirmation and payment will be made immediately. On weekends and on holidays you can make changes to your booking by sending an e-mail to booking@nexohostel.dk.
If you have booked your stay through Booking.com or another online provider, we refer to the provider's own policy on "payment and terms".
When booking a stay by telephone or email, you will receive an order confirmation and a payment link by email from Nexø Hostel. Above cancellation rules apply.
